1. Introduction

Welcome to Athletic Beast Training. These general conditions of sale (CGV) govern the contractual relations between Athletic Beast Training and any person placing an order on our website.

2. Acceptance of the Conditions

By placing an order on our site, you accept these General Terms and Conditions without reservation. Athletic Beast Training reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of the order.

3. Products

Our products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions occur, Athletic Beast Training cannot be held responsible.

4. Orders

All orders are placed via our website. After validation of your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Athletic Beast Training reserves the right to refuse an order for any legitimate reason.

5. Price

The prices indicated on our site are in Canadian dollars (CAD), all taxes included, and excluding delivery costs. Athletic Beast Training reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the prices in force at the time of validation of the order.

6. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other means of payment offered on the site. Payment information is secured using an encryption protocol.

7. Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated when ordering. Delivery times are indicative and Athletic Beast Training cannot be held responsible for delivery delays. In case of non-receipt, please contact us.

8. Return and Refund

You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return a product. Return costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or non-compliant. Products must be returned in their original condition. After receipt and verification, we will issue a refund.

9. Guarantees

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects in accordance with Canadian laws. In the event of non-compliance of a product, it may be returned and will be refunded or exchanged.

10. Liability

Athletic Beast Training cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products purchased. Our liability is systematically limited to the value of the product in question, value on its date of sale.

11. Personal Data

The information collected on our site is processed for the management of orders and commercial relations. In accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning you.

12. Applicable Law

These general conditions of sale are subject to the laws of the province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Quebec will have sole jurisdiction.
